Can Exercise be Medicine?

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, exercise IS medicine. This initiative encourages physicians to prescribe medicine as an effective way to lower blood pressure, blood sugar and weight, as well as improve bone & heart health, sleep, and cholesterol.
